Commercial Moving in Western New York
Free, No-Obligation Estimate
Offices, shops, and Medical Campus suites moved on nights and weekends, so your team walks in the next morning to a space that runs. One crew, a mapped-out plan, and a flat rate.
Commercial Moving in Western New York
Good and Fair Moving relocates Western New York businesses, offices, medical suites, and storefronts, on a schedule cut to your downtime instead of ours. Our own crew labels by department, lays down protection, and orders the move so your doors open right on time.
What sets it apart
A business move is all about the plan. We walk both spaces, map the elevator and dock windows, file whatever certificate of insurance the buildings ask for, and run the labor after hours so you reopen the next business day.
What we relocate
- Desks, cubicles, and conference rooms
- IT, servers, and sensitive equipment
- Files, records, and secure documents
- Retail fixtures, stock, and displays
How we keep downtime low
- After-hours and weekend scheduling
- Color-coded labeling by department
- Elevators, docks, and COIs handled
- One lead from the plan to the punch list
Three Steps to Moving Day
From the first phone call to the last box set down where you want it.
Tell Us the Details
Give us the shape of your move by phone, over a quick video walk-through, or on the form. Back comes a flat, written price, not a vague range that creeps upward on the day.
Grab Your Date
Pick your day and we set the right crew and truck, then sort out any street-parking permit, walk-up stairs, or building rules so the morning runs smooth.
We Do the Lifting
A single lead runs the job, wrap, load, drive, and set down, with our own Buffalo crew, snow or shine, so you are never handed off to a stranger midway.

Your Move, Fully Covered
Taken care of from the first pad we lay down to the last signature on the walk-through.
Fully Insured
Every job carries cargo and liability coverage, and we talk through your valuation choices with you before a single form is signed.
Winter-Ready
Snow does not cancel a move around here. We salt the walk, lay runners over wet floors, and shrink-wrap against the slush so a January move stays clean.
Padded & Wrapped
Each piece gets moving blankets, shrink-wrap, and a tight strap-down. If something takes a knock, we call it out on the spot and set it right.
Done Right
A fair price, a crew that gives a damn, and nobody leaves until every last item sits exactly where you want it.

Questions We Hear a Lot
Can you move us outside business hours?
That is how most of our office jobs go, evenings or weekends, so your staff walks back in to a room that already works. We chart it out by department, shield floors and elevators, and take care of any building certificate of insurance or dock reservation up front.
How much is this going to cost?
Two things drive it: the amount you are moving and how easy the in and out is. A two-mover crew with a truck starts at $115/hr, and you see an itemized written estimate before we carry a single box. Want a hard ceiling? Ask for a flat cap and the signed figure is all you can be charged. Out-of-state runs are quoted on weight and mileage.
There is no driveway and street parking is tight. Is that a problem?
No, we deal with it on most city moves. Tell us the block when you book and we sort the truck spot, pull a temporary parking permit where the city requires one, and keep the carry as short as we can. On the day the crew shows up ready for a curbside load, not a driveway.
Do you move out of state?
Yes, and it stays on one of our trucks with one of our crews the whole trip. Nothing gets brokered, nothing is dumped into someone else’s trailer at a depot, and your delivery window is one you can actually build a week around.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Good and Fair Moving holds New York household-goods authority and carries full insurance, and every job runs with our own crew from start to finish, no broker skimming the middle. If you want to see the authority numbers and coverage details, just say so, and we will walk you through your valuation choices before anything is signed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Absolutely. Move your date or cancel with at least a couple of days’ notice and the deposit comes back in full. Every term sits in your booking in plain language, so there is nothing to guess at later.
