Long-Distance Moving from Buffalo
Free, No-Obligation Estimate
One of our trucks carries your things out of Buffalo, and the same crew stays with them right to the new door. Nobody brokers the job, nothing is reloaded on the way, and your delivery window is solid enough to plan the week around.
Long-Distance Moving from Buffalo
Pulling up stakes and leaving New York? The whole haul stays with us the entire way, one of our trucks and one of our crews from the load to the drop, so nothing gets sold to a broker or crammed into another company’s trailer. One crew, one number to call, and a delivery window we put in writing.
What sets it apart
A long-distance price runs on weight or volume and the miles, so the number is honest and matched to exactly what you are shipping. We inventory the lot, wrap it, and load it just once, then deliver within the window we gave you, no warehouse layover in between.
How it works
- A walkthrough and written weight or volume quote
- One dedicated crew and truck for your goods
- Careful wrap, inventory, and a single load
- A delivery window you can plan around
Why one crew matters
- No broker markup or middleman
- No warehouse transfer or reload
- One person to call the whole way
- The flat number you signed, start to finish
Three Steps to Moving Day
From the first phone call to the last box set down where you want it.
Tell Us the Details
Give us the shape of your move by phone, over a quick video walk-through, or on the form. Back comes a flat, written price, not a vague range that creeps upward on the day.
Grab Your Date
Pick your day and we set the right crew and truck, then sort out any street-parking permit, walk-up stairs, or building rules so the morning runs smooth.
We Do the Lifting
A single lead runs the job, wrap, load, drive, and set down, with our own Buffalo crew, snow or shine, so you are never handed off to a stranger midway.

Your Move, Fully Covered
Taken care of from the first pad we lay down to the last signature on the walk-through.
Fully Insured
Every job carries cargo and liability coverage, and we talk through your valuation choices with you before a single form is signed.
Winter-Ready
Snow does not cancel a move around here. We salt the walk, lay runners over wet floors, and shrink-wrap against the slush so a January move stays clean.
Padded & Wrapped
Each piece gets moving blankets, shrink-wrap, and a tight strap-down. If something takes a knock, we call it out on the spot and set it right.
Done Right
A fair price, a crew that gives a damn, and nobody leaves until every last item sits exactly where you want it.

What Our Customers Say
Nick and his crew were amazing! So fast!
This is our second time using Good and Fair Moving. Highly recommend! Sal, Mike, and Danny provided an exceptional service.
Nick helped me last minute with a move. He sent three guys out to get me moved to my new apartment and it all went well. He even included free boxes and packed my clothes, and they all did a very professional job. I'll be calling them for all my moving needs.
Questions We Hear a Lot
How is a move out of state priced?
It comes down to your shipment’s weight or volume and the miles ahead, tied to a delivery window you can count on. The load stays on our truck with our crew the whole trip, so nobody skims a broker fee and nothing changes trailers at a warehouse.
How much is this going to cost?
Two things drive it: the amount you are moving and how easy the in and out is. A two-mover crew with a truck starts at $115/hr, and you see an itemized written estimate before we carry a single box. Want a hard ceiling? Ask for a flat cap and the signed figure is all you can be charged. Out-of-state runs are quoted on weight and mileage.
Will you pack for me?
As much or as little as you want. The whole house? We will box it. Only the kitchen and the artwork? That too. We arrive with real boxes and paper, write the room on every carton, and will unpack you at the other end once the truck is clear.
What if something gets damaged?
Solid padding keeps it uncommon, but if a piece does take damage we document it on the spot and file the claim the same day. Before we start, we walk you through basic versus full-value protection, so you know precisely how a claim would go.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Absolutely. Move your date or cancel with at least a couple of days’ notice and the deposit comes back in full. Every term sits in your booking in plain language, so there is nothing to guess at later.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Good and Fair Moving holds New York household-goods authority and carries full insurance, and every job runs with our own crew from start to finish, no broker skimming the middle. If you want to see the authority numbers and coverage details, just say so, and we will walk you through your valuation choices before anything is signed.
